.- Monitoring and advising on Singapore legal and regulatory compliance matters for a CMSL holder- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes in Singapore and advising on impact on the business- Making regulatory filings and coordinating with local regulatory officials- Ensuring adherence to Blackstone’s corporate governance and compliance policies- Advising on compliance and regulatory issues as they arise in the context of treasury activities, investment and portfolio management activities in Singapore- Advising on legal and compliance matters that arise in connection with investor suitability, marketing registration, and marketing material compliance review (including analysis and resolution of regulatory questions and/or issues) for various investment strategies and businesses across the region- Managing and coordinating compliance training including training staff to conduct compliance reviews, coordinating with global legal and compliance teams, and developing training for business professionals with respect to marketing and fundraising regulations- Developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, procedures and controls- Conducting testing of compliance programs and procedures- Providing compliance support across the region as required- Liaising with Blackstone’s global offices; some travel required

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of legal and regulatory experience, gained in a legal, compliance, risk, or internal audit role at an investment bank, asset manager or other financial institution.
- Knowledge of the MAS regulatory structure and key MAS regulations
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills required
- Business Mandarin language skills
