**Stage Manager**

The Stage Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a live performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly from rehearsals to the final performance. They act as the primary communication link between the director, cast, crew, and technical team, handling logístical and technical details. Responsibilities include organizing rehearsals, managing stage operations during performances, ensuring technical elements (such as lighting, sound, and set changes) are executed properly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Key skills and requirements for this role include:

- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively, coordinate various tasks, and ensure the performance proceeds according to schedule.
- **Excellent Communication**: Clear communication with directors, actors, and the technical team to ensure everyone is aligned on the performance's requirements.
