You enjoy interacting and engaging with guests through meaningful conversations and customer service gestures so as to make their day. You are also a confident individual who is capable of multi-tasking, willing to learn and take on new challenges.

As a Guest Experience Host (Rooms), you will be responsible to provide excellent service to guests at a consistent level. You will work closely with your colleagues to respond and resolve to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Experience Host is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience Department.

Your Profile

  • Possess minimum GCE "O" levels.
  • Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
  • Possess good problem solving, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication with guests, including pre-arrival, during stay and post stay.
  • Responsible for correspondence with guests for any inquiries, special requests, reservations,etc.
  • Enhance the guest experience by providing efficient, friendly, and personalize service.
  • Handle and monitor guest feedback from guest satisfaction surveys and other channels.
  • Report to Guest Experience Manager and assist necessary duties.
