Architectural Executive

We are an architectural firm established since 1991 and our firm is committed to the pursuit of design excellence, professional integrity and personalised service to our clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare schematic design drawings, building plans, tender and all other necessary architectural drawings and documents
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Authorities on project execution and delivery
• Prepare submission drawings, forms and letters for E-Corenet submission to Authorities
• Work closely with Project QPs throughout design development and implementation stages to project completion
• Update, make amendments to drawings and perform site supervision if needed
• Project management from start to finish while ensuring high-quality service standard
• Engage in project meetings and proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
• Assist the Project QPs and to carry out duties and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the office

Requirements :

• Degree/Master in Architecture from recognised University
• Proficient in AutoCad
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, BIM Revit, Powerpoint, etc.
• Familiar with Singapore Building's Codes of Practices and Regulations
• Pro-active and able to work as a team and independently
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills
• Willing to learn and responsible with a positive work attitude
