CTO

We are looking for a dynamic CTO with the following qualifications to meet the demands of our business and technology:

- Master’s degree with a minimum of 15-20 years’ experience in development, deployment, and rollout of emerging digital technologies.
- Extensive business and technology strategy experience in global and regional healthcare covering public health/payer/provider/pharma domains.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in strategy, execution, product/solutions development, implementation in global healthcare covering Asia Pacific, EMEA and/or US.
- Thought leadership and influencer across known industry and technology forums/analysts/events.
- Proven leadership and executive management experience in a global IT organization and/or startups.
- Ability to divine new ideas as applied to the healthcare domain and convert those to high revenue exit rate product suites.
- Full life cycle experience covering from seed to beta to scale of products on SaaS.
- Be an integrator of technologies to solve complex and customized healthcare problems and customer usecases
- Lead R&D in emerging data and AI models and customize them to proactively lead competitive differentiation for Neurowyzr.

**Responsibilities**:Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy toensure alignment with its business goals

Conceptualize, develop, test and rollout the cloud based solution architecture for scale.

Institutionalize agile product engineering and integrate this with the customer success, sales and business support functions.

Discover and implement new technologies that yieldcompetitive advantage

Help departments use technology profitably

Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

Build quality assurance and data protection processes

Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvementsand adjustments to technology

Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Able to see through the process from trials to full implementation

Familiar with different platforms and architecture

Able to build and manage teams based overseas

Build quality assurance and data protection processes

Setting up a scalable cloud-based infrastructure

**Requirements**:Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

Understanding of budgets and business-planning

Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

Proven experience in cloud environments across AWS, Azure and/or GCS
