Singapore 360F (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

As the Chief Technology Officer based in Singapore or Vietnam, you will champion the technology vision of the company and oversee the technical execution of its product development. You will also be responsible for scalable, high-performance, and secure SaaS delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing and executing the company’s technology strategy in alignment with its business goals, and communicating it to partners and investors
- Identifying and implementing emerging computing and analytical technologies that yield the competitive advantages for the company
- Building a high performing technical development and delivery team in Vietnam
- Creating a culture of excellence that includes quality assurance and data protection processes
- Supervising system infrastructure and its efficiency
- Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets
- Communicate technology stack and architecture to partners and investors

**DO YOU HAVE?**
- Solid coding experience and hands on experience
- Proven experience as a CTO or in similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry
- Knowledge of technological trends and capabilities to implement them
- Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude down to code level
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; graduate degree is a plus
- Fluency in Vietnamese and experience working in Vietnam
