Our long-term mandate, backed by institutional investors, is to drive the mass adoption of digital assets, maximising the potential of businesses and communities around Southeast Asia.

We are seeking a highly skilled CTO with a storied history in the technological sector. CTO's are tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with their vision for its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. You will work closely with the Product Team and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. You will be communicating with employees, partners, and investors to make sure our company’s technology is being used effectively. We expect you to be familiar with a variety of business concepts and experienced with technological trends.

**Responsibilities**
- Setting a vision for how technology will be used and develop the technical aspects of our company’s strategy
- Build & lead 2MR Labs engineering teams
- Work closely with the CEO to deliver timely and quality product releases by establishing good engineering practices
- Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
- Research any new technologies that may potentially increase our company’s competitive advantage
- Ensure system infrastructure is functioning and working efficiently
- Communicate our technology strategy to our partners as well as investors
- Staying on top of technology trends and developments
- Oversee front-end and back-end development team
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the organization
- Manage technology budgets to evaluate and procure effective technology for the company
- Reporting to the CEO and COO

**Skills & Requirements**
- 5+ years’ experience
- Bsc/Msc in Computer Science or related fields
- Good to have Web3 / Blockchain experience
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology
- Exceptional team management and multi-tasking skills
- Interested in working in start-up environment
- Good understanding of agile methodologies

**Working hours**

9:00am-6:00pm
