We are proud to offer a unique position in the Division of Cancer Education's Ethics and Professionalism Education Unit (DCE-EPEU), a thriving and expanding research consortium focused on qualitative research on medical education, palliative medicine, and end-of-life ethics. At its heart, this research team is focused on changing practice and improving patient care by molding the views, skills and practice of medical students and junior doctors.
- We seek teammates willing to help and support learners from different backgrounds, skills, and experiences as they develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to be effective clinicians. Key to this is a team player with an inquisitive mind, a hard worker who is organised yet flexible in their approach and one who is keen to grow as a researcher and as an individual. You will be part of a team looking to better understand and develop training programs focused on preserving dignity and personhood in cancer patients; training physicians and medical students in mentoring, professionalism, professional identity formation, communication and ethics; and training tutors to better support these learners.-

**Job Requirements**
- Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, the Humanities or Healthcare-related fields
- Minimum of 1 year experience with hands-on teaching or educational administration with academic health researchers preferred
- Experience in research data management, project management, administration and communications required
- Independent learner and proactive team player who works well with others
