Associate Executive, Cancer Navigation

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Cancer Prevention and Control team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping individuals navigate the cancer care continuum — from screening to treatment and beyond. You will provide compassionate guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance to ensure individuals have access to the right healthcare services and community resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesCancer Navigation & Support
- Curate and develop cancer-related information and resources to guide individuals through the cancer care journey.
- Provide direct navigation support and guidance via call centre from screening through the cancer care journey.
- Support Enquiries Centre In-Charge in maintaining high-quality service standards at the Enquiries Centre
- Support the development and maintenance of a one-stop national cancer resource portal.
- Maintain regular contact with individuals to monitor progress and offer ongoing support.
- Help individuals understand available support, resources and healthcare navigation processes.
- Coordinate care between healthcare providers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver outreach campaigns, prevention programmes, partnership and awareness events.
Outreach & Administration
- Support cancer navigator initiatives, training programmes, and community outpost operations.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to strengthen care navigation services.
- Support the Cancer Prevention and Control team in administrative tasks, outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and talks.
- Draft reports and project updates for management and key stakeholders.
Participate in community outreach events when required.
- Minimum Diploma in Communications, Administration, Health/Allied Health, Social Services or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, community services, or social service roles.
- Experience in client support, case management, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in call centre, content management, stakeholder engagement.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable team player with the ability to work across functions.
- Empathetic and sensitive when working with patients, survivors, and caregivers.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, content strategy, and project management.
