The Challenge
Partner Managers (PM’s) are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing Partners from the Systems Integrators, eCommerce, Digital and Marketing Agencies, who are passionate about building a practice in the SEA region. Reporting to the Head of Partners, you will build out and manage Adobe partner ecosystem across our South East Asia countries, working very closely with Sales and Marketing to lead the pipeline and go-to-market activities that bring customers to our platforms. Your deep passion and success will help enable our mission to grow our Adobe business in SEA.
What You’ll Do
Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Customer Success teams to drive sales pipeline and close deals in all Adobe’s DX product segments.
Champion the growth of new/existing Certified Adobe Partners across SEA as well as educate and further enable potential Partners crafting a funnel to join the Adobe Partner Program.
Lead & grow the Solution sales segment, working in conjunction with the SEA Business Development team.
Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable demand.
Assist leadership in cultivating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity, and continuous improvement
What You Need to Succeed
3 -5 years’ experience in a quota-based Partner Sales/Sales role and partner program development - this includes experience in enablement, sales, marketing and leading Partners at Executive, VP and/or C-level.
Experience working in a SaaS organization
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
A history of successfully and consistently achieving revenue goals and objectives within a sophisticated client acquisition driven business, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space.
Business Insight - Prioritization skills, creatively solve sophisticated problems, and use data to make decisions. You possess a deep level of knowledge about how businesses work, keep up with relevant practices and trends, and know the competition.
**Self-motivated**: Can work with a minimum supervision and be capable of strategically coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner, marshaling the resources needed to get things done and deliver key achievements on time.
Composed - You know how to remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction.
Personable - Upbeat professional with a resiliently positive attitude and deep personal confidence that exudes a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members.
Technically Adept - You pick up on technical things quickly, enjoy learning new skills and knowledge, and are adept at staying ahead of the curve on relevant industry, company, product, or technical knowledge. You have good understanding of Salesforce CRM standard methodologies.
Courageous and Ethical - You possess professional courage, steadfastly persevere through challenges, are ambitious while humble, have high standards for ethics and integrity, and do the right things the appropriate way.
Travel Flexible - Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed. This job may require upwards of 25% travel to meet with partners which may require overnight stays or week-long stays at locations (depending on opportunities).
