- **Regional Travel**:The role requires the ability to **travel frequently within Southeast Asia**to manage supply chain logistics, meet with clients and suppliers, and oversee market development initiatives.
- **Order and Shipping Management**:You will be responsible for **timely processing of orders**and **preparing all necessary shipping documents**. This ensures smooth and efficient movement of goods.
- **Import/Export Documentation and Coordination**:This involves **handling all other required import and export documentation**and working in close coordination with the trading department to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:You'll ensure that **all imported and exported products strictly conform to government and government agencies' rules and policies**. This is crucial for legal and smooth international trade.
- **Letter of Credit (L/C) Negotiations**:You will be responsible for **preparing all relevant documents for Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations with banks**, which is essential for secure international trade transactions.
- **Logistics Coordination**:A key part of the role is **coordinating delivery, shipment, and collection of goods**with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, contractors for stuffing and unstuffing, and various internal departments within the company/group.
- **Material Requirements Translation**:You will be responsible for **translating material requirements**to effectively support the needs of both customers and the company. This likely involves understanding specifications and ensuring the right materials are sourced or provided.
