**Position Overview**:
This role is an entry-level position tailored for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in both sales and event management. Through hands-on experience, structured training, and one-on-one mentorship, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of direct sales and events planning. As you progress, you’ll build a strong foundation in customer engagement, event execution, and sales strategy, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within the company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Engagement**: Conduct face-to-face marketing to promote client products and services, engaging with customers and converting leads into clients.
- **Event Support**: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, ensuring smooth operations and memorable customer experiences.
- **Customer Relations**: Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- **Training & Development**: Participate in comprehensive training sessions focused on sales techniques, communication skills, and event planning.
- **Progression Opportunities**: Take on increased responsibility in project management and event coordination as you advance within the program.
