Event Management Trainee

**Role Purpose**:We are seeking an Event Management Trainee who possesses a genuine passion for the events industry to manage all client relationships from inbound/outbound lead to proposal, all the way through to closing the project.
The position is responsible for supporting the Event Director in all aspects of event managment. He/she should have the abilities to analyse problems and develop creative solutions to clients. With a relentlessly positive outlook and outstanding energy, combine with the ability to really listen to and empathize with clients to build trust and confidence.
**_Key Accountabilities _**
- Drive performance and identify achievements as well as areas of focus.
- Maintain excellent, strong relationships with our existing clients and align with customer service.
- Drive opportunities from inception to completion and manage the flow of projects, communicate with clients to keep all projects running in an efficient manner. Deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget projects to client.
- Develop strategies, attend sales calls and meetings to create new opportunities from both existing and new accounts, maximize existing accounts.
- Implement & create your own personal outbound lead strategy
- Generates sales proposals for distribution to prospects
- Identify sales growth opportunities, analysing market conditions, and partners with management team and representatives to develop and implement innovative action plans
