**Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Conference and Business Solutions industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, event organizers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
- Promote a comprehensive range of event-related services, including venue rental, catering, and technological solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to uncover new opportunities.

**Event Coordination Support**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Assist clients in planning and managing their events, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee efficient delivery of event components.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and pitch proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in compliance with company policies.
- Offer tailored and effective solutions aligned with clients' event goals.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using the CRM system.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitor actions and market conditions to provide strategic business development recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Brings along at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the Events, Conference or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experienced in planning resources effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
