Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Client On-Boarding:

- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Clients and Custodian banks to facilitate the collection of relevant documents in accordance with the prevailing account opening procedures and local regulations.
- Analyze AML risks associated with the client, identify and escalate potential risks and operational issues as appropriate
- Processing of client instructions related to trade executions, loan roll overs etc
- Input trade orders, payments etc in the in-house MIS system to ensure client portfolio data reflects actual positions allowing relationship managers and management to rely on it to take decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Min 4 years in a private bank or external asset manager
- Familiarity with various asset classes - shares, bonds, funds, structured notes, Forex etc
- Experience in onboarding clients and voice logging clients for their trade orders
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with external and internal partners
- Result driven work approach, a high level of flexibility and personal responsibility paired with an entrepreneurial spirit
- The highest professional work ethic and performing fully in line with compliance standards, internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
