**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce features and functionalities, offering guidance on best practices for utilization and customization.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end-users and team members.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration points.
- Experience in designing solutions that involve complex workflows, process automation, and data management.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Solution Architect) are highly desirable.
- Technical background in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus
