**Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Overall**:

- Provide technical leadership regarding a technology or project to customers and team members
- Play SME roles on any Industry cloud.
- Develop practical solutions and methodologies as related to SFDC
- Responsible for reviewing/creating the detailed design and also will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined best practices of the Global platform
- Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and knowledge related to recent, current and up-coming vendor products and solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and always changing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional departments and work with multiple layers of management including executive level.
- Strong understanding of combining the Analytics for Process and Quality Function, Decision making and requirements perspective.

**With Pre-Sales Team**
- Participate/own pre-sales activities i.e. simultaneously working on multiple RFP responses
- Do High level Technical solution /Estimations, Presentations to customers.
- Analysis and do the right cloud fitment for the customer during Presales.
- Participate in discussion with the Salesforce product team for right product fitment/BOM and analysis.
- Participate in workshops as needed and drive the blueprinting engagements.

Required Skills and Experience:

- B.Tech/B. E, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 9 -12 years of overall IT ( preferably Salesforce CRM) experience
- 3-6 years of Salesforce systems integration and/or implementation experience
- Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
- SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV and other
- Architect Certification : Salesforce Application Or System Architect certification.
- Experience/knowledge in Industry clouds is preferred.
- Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments like Azure DevOps, SVN etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $8,000.00 per month
