Role Overview The role involves supporting sales activities, gathering requirements, designing solutions, leading project delivery, and managing stakeholder relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem. The candidate will also contribute to practice growth and standard setting. Key Responsibilities Pre-sales: Assisting leadership in project scoping, planning, onboarding, and pre-sales activities. Requirements Gathering: Understanding and designing solutions based on industry best practices and Salesforce platform expertise. Solution Architecture: Creating innovative, client-focused Salesforce solutions through leadership and collaboration. Delivery: Leading project execution in collaboration with project managers, ensuring standards are met. Execution: Hands-on delivery of custom Salesforce solutions. Communication: Maintaining visibility on project statuses. Collaboration: Providing expertise, guidance, and training, and promoting continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Partner Management: Coordinating with technology teams and vendors to align solutions with business objectives. Quality Assurance: Leading quality reviews and ensuring requirements are met. Oversight: Monitoring all projects for successful outcomes and adherence to standards. Practice Growth: Developing solution blueprints, assisting in pre-sales, defining standards, and contributing to knowledge sharing. Profile Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 8 years of Salesforce hands-on experience, including solutioning and development. 2-3 years of Architect experience. Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com implementation experience (Service and Sales Cloud). Experience with agile methodologies and data migration. Strong analysis, design, and communication skills. Salesforce Application Architect Certification and other relevant certifications. Willingness to travel and work overseas. Experience with Public Sector projects is a plus.
