**Learning & Development Business Partner**
**Job description**:
**Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities**
**Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) & Learning Plan**
- Conduct annual LNA exercise at organization, department and individual levels, including analysis of information relating to the development investment requirements from appraisal forms. Work with
- HRBP/line managers on development planning for staff. Collate annual training plan.
**Learning and Development Administration**
- Support the learning needs analysis process and learning plan formulation that fit the needs of the individual and business strategies.
- Support the learning requirements for employees by sourcing, developing and implementing learning programmes that equip TechnipFMC staff with necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
**Technical Training**
- Work with line trainers and SMEs to implement competency matrix and appropriate technical training as well as On-the-Job training.
**Learning Effectiveness**
- Compile and analyze data and prepare narrative and statistical reports of programme effectiveness.
**ODT Operation Knowledge**
- Ensure policies and information is accessible and efficiently organized.
**Induction Programme**
- Co-ordinate, conduct and facilitate induction programmes to enable new employees to become familiar with TechnipFMC’s business, policy and culture.
**Career Planning/Succession Planning**
- Work with Talent Management team and HR Business Partners/Manager to support and track the development programme/activity of top talents as identified during the Talent Review process.

**You are meant for this job if**:
- 5 - 7 years relevant learning and development and/or HR experience preferred.
- Recognized bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Train the Trainer Certification (preferred)
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
