**Purchasing**
- OEM goods development with Japanese or other countries' suppliers such as BBQ roasters, induction cookers, pots, trays, plates, cutleries, uniforms or other utensils.
- Import and export arrangement for goods from Japan or other countries to Singapore or other Asia Pacific countries.
- Schedule production for OEM items.
- Stock management of OEM items.
- Document work related to import and export.
- Source goods or equipment in local market.
- Self-collect or deliver goods from supplier to outlet.
- Warehouse stock management and monthly inventory.
- Commission / Royalty / Consultation fee calculation monthly and report to account.
- Assist account about partners’ payment status.
- Quality check and follow up of menus and ingredients.
- Join exhibition such as FHA to source new suppliers or new technology.

**Product Development**
- Travel oversea to visit partner factories for new item development.
- Travel oversea to source new partner factories for new launching countries.
- Arrange factory adaptation of Japanese chef’s recipe to mass production.
- Break down chef’s recipe and rebuild into factory friendly structure.
- Translate chef’s recipe in Japanese into English or Mandarin.
- Adjust raw materials or ratio or procedure with both local and oversea factories to duplicate chef’s original taste.
- Instruct Japanese style meat cutting to local / oversea factories and maintain quality.
- Price negotiation.
- Manufacturing agreement preparation and maintenance.
- Manage specification sheets.
- Factory audit according to ISO 22000 or HACCP method annuary.
- Schedule arrangement of chef / butcher and factories, flight and hotel booking.
- Menu development for all brands as sub chef and propose at food tasting.
- Communicate with operation team to let them source raw materials in local.
- Organize food tasting session.
- Prepare SOP and training for outlets.
- Assist photo shooting of new menus.
- Screen Japanese words or sentence usage on marketing tools.
- Market research for restaurant trending in Japan and prepare presentation.

**Franchise Support**
- Assist goods purchasing for FC partners both in Singapore and overseas.
- Arrange import / export communicating with FC partners.
- Answer inquiry from FC partners or connect to respective PIC.
- Manage FC partners’ purchasing timeline.
- Assist FC supervisor for FC outlets’ quality check by visiting actual outlet.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess good cross-cultural awareness/sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective working across diverse cultures.
- Bilingual proficiency is a must including Japanese speaking and written skills (Direct working with a Japanese Chef).
- A team player with strong business acumen, resourceful and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive insights and make data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
