Assistant Manager, Property Management

**Responsibilties:
**1. Operations Management**:
- Assist in developing and implementing property management strategies.
- Oversee the execution of daily operations to meet organizational goals.
- Carry out routine inspection of properties and ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Plan and supervise technician for preventive maintenance for all equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall property performance.
**2. Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
- Prepare monthly reports for management as required.
**3. Tenant Relations**
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular communication and updates with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
**4. Vendor Management**:
- Coordinate with external vendors for property maintenance and services.
- Review and negotiate maintenance contracts with vendors.
**5. **Compliance and Regulations**
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in property management. Ensure property compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
**Essential Qualities**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding of Building Codes, Acts, and Regulations.
- Respect for health and safety protocols.
