**About Company**

EventNook is an online event platform that provides end-to-end event registration and ticketing solutions for the events and MICE industry.

Our event platform and services have empowered events from 21 countries including major events and global brands including Google, IBM, EY, Deloitte, EmTech Asia, Insure Tech Connect Asia, FUTR, etc.

Our mission is to continue to build a globally scalable event management platform by simplifying and, in many ways, redefining the old event management process by using the rapid innovations happening in the cloud, mobile technologies, and fintech.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, growth mindset, is a generalist, and is passionate about events, client service, operational excellence, and account management.

Since our service is helping the busy event professionals and teams who are handling the major events, this role will require someone who can think fast on your feet, resolve customer issues in a fast, reliable, and timely manner.

Some events may demand extra hours and effort but EventNook is a team that can be counted on as a reliable partner for our clients. Events are like flight and can’t afford to fail. This role may also require travel overseas for some events in the region from our clients when the regional MICE events are back to normal.

This role is a customer-facing role and the job will involve managing clients, event projects. If you are someone looking to grow in a fast-paced technology environment and unleash your potential in a client-facing role, this could be a perfect role.

The min. 1 or 2 years working experience and background in any of the following - IT, Event, Project Management, Hospitality / Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing - would be great.

Lastly, this role requires someone who is based in Singapore and doesn’t require a work pass to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role will be a mix of customer service, operation, and sales.
- Deliver the top-notch customer service experience for eventnook clients
- Deliver Event Project - Executing event projects such as Conferences, Corporate events and being a key project lead/coordinator for the service delivery
- Account Management - Retain and grow existing clients for more event projects and long-term business relationships

The platform makes easy for the event organizers to be able to launch their online event registration site and ticketing in minutes. With EventNook, anyone can become an event organizer to start an event and bring people together easily with events. The company is helping various events in Asia including major events such as Largest Asia Yacht Show, Global Leader Conferences, etc.
