Apjc Compliance Leader

**What you’ll Do**:
Leading the Ethics and Compliance Regional team for the APJC region, you will manage a team of compliance professionals to help support the teams mission in region. You will work with your team to focus on risk across the region with specific focus in India and China. You will collaborate and work with Cisco regional sales leadership to understand the business and risks and help design and implement controls to mitigate risk. You will be responsible for the Gift, Travel and Entertainment program, and Conflict of Interest program in APJC and organize your team to support business requests and approvals in these areas. You will lead the compliance training in region and develop training content and deliver effective compliance training to Cisco employees. You will build relationships with leadership in region and host cross functional regional compliance committees.
**Who you are**:
You are an experienced Ethics and Compliance professional in a multi national company, with experience in APJC and focus in China. You are well organized with strong communication skills and can work cross functionally managing multiple projects at a time. You are experienced in leading an E&C team with support across multiple countries in APJC in a technology company that sells products and services in a channels business model. You can communicate effectively in English and Chinese and have experience leading a team. Have a relevant BA degree with 15 years of experience in the field.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
