**What You'll Do**
The Analyst Relations Lead for APJC will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Analyst Relations (AR) program across APJC.
You will create a comprehensive AR program and plan that is both strategic and impactful. You will be managing high ROI outreach programs focused on strategic engagement and developing long term relationships with the industry analyst community in the APJC region. You represent Cisco’s global portfolio and initiatives in region as well as region-specific initiatives. You act as a key strategic advisor to Cisco’s business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into the business to help inform strategy, business and marketing decisions. You will be responsible for engaging with regional sales leaders and driving AR Sales Enablement activities and results in region.
**Who You'll Work With**
You will be a key member of the Corporate & International AR Team, alongside peers aligned to the priorities of Cisco’s Executive Leadership Team, and reporting into the Senior Director of Global Analyst Relations. You are the primary interface from AR to the President of APJC and leadership team. You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of Cisco’s strategy regionally across our portfolio. You partner with Global AR Managers to bring our corporate, product, solution, partner, people and culture stories to the APJC region.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
