Managing e-commerce platforms such as creation of product listings, pricing, and ensuring all information are accurate on a daily basis across all platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/Company Website)
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and handle returns or exchanges of customers’ orders Implement, manage and report on advertising strategies to drive sales
- Handling day-to-day operational matters including inventory, invoicing and file keeping
- Good working commitment Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)
- Basic bilingual (English & Mandarin) communication skills (to work closely with customers)
- Able to work independently
- Drive initiatives, strategy to achieve assigned
- Business objectives.
- Develops and builds strong customer relationships at
- all levels.
- Develop existing business and identify/create new business portfolio to achieve set business objectives.
- Responsible for growing our Asean region business.
- Identify Sales opportunities, formulate Sales Strategy and develop total Solutions proposal.
- Any other tasks as given by Management
