Our services include Strategy, Exploration, Incubation, Pilots, Project Kick‐starts, Prototyping Teams, and Venture Building. Our Custom Software and Application Development expertise helps deliver solutions that drive business success. Role Description This is a full‐time remote role for a New Business Development Specialist. You will play a key role in growing One X Group's client pipeline by identifying potential prospects, engaging new leads, and supporting the pre‐sales and qualification process. This role combines outbound outreach, market research, and light consulting to help position our technology and AI solutions with the right decision‐makers. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to execute outreach campaigns, prepare proposals, and nurture early‐stage opportunities into qualified sales conversations. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract high‐quality leads. Have a solid understanding of One X Group's services and solutions. Build and retain networks of customers. Prospect potential clients through outbound outreach, personal networking and tender portals. Try growth hacking tactics that will drive business leads. Communicate customer experience and feedback to the product and business development team. Generate a high volume of sales‐related activities including demo presentations and proposals. You're a fit for this position if you Have a hands‐on mentality to always put the business and customer first. Are extremely ambitious, highly motivated, and team‐oriented. Have experience in digital innovation and bring strong analytical skills. Able to work independently and under tight deadlines, define priorities, and respond quickly when faced with new and complex tasks. Are willing to learn everything; you thrive on new problems and acquire incredible skills along the way. Are able to communicate effectively at all levels in English.
