**Description**: Join Mindful Movement as a Pilates and Aerial Wellness Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our studio operations. This part-time position offers a blend of customer interaction, administrative duties, and hands-on equipment maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Weekend Phone Check**: Monitor the company phone for inquiries and messages for two hours each weekend day (Saturday and Sunday).
- **General Admin Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, client communications, and studio upkeep for three hours once a week on-site.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain Pilates reformers and aerial equipment, including carabiners and gyrotonic apparatus. Ideal for individuals comfortable with hands-on tasks, who are comfortable climbing a ladder up to 1.6 m high
- **Studio Organization**: Keep the studio tidy and organized to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
- **Poster Printing**: Create and print promotional posters on a monthly basis to highlight upcoming events and classes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Comfortable working with Pilates, aerial, or gyrotonic apparatus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Availability to work weekends for phone duty and one weekday for on-site admin support.

We offer bespoke studio pilates reformer classes, gyrotonic classes, aerial hammock classes, and holistic wellness workshops. Our Back Care classes are catered towards helping people understand their scoliosis curvature better through movement and how to help stabilize their back and spine.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
