Position Overview

**Role**: Operation and Marketing Assistant

**Salary**: $2,500 - $2,800

**Working **Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

As an Operation and Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations,

supporting customer engagement, and contributing to innovative marketing strategies.

**Operations Support**
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and administrative materials.
- Update and manage the company’s website, Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and inventory with accurate content, pricing, and images.
- Organize and maintain e-filing systems via Google Drive.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Assist in booking appointments and processing sales invoices through the POS system.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for workshops.

**Customer and Marketing Support**
- Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries across various platforms.
- Consolidate data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Create basic visual content for posters, displays, and social media using Canva.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in media production when needed.

**General Tasks**
- Stay updated on company products and services to support inquiries effectively.
- Take on additional projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
