**Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional, growth-minded leader to join our team as a Regional Vice President. Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, he/she will define market strategy and tactics to meet annual regional business goals.

**Job Description**:

- Support Group COO in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership alignment, and coordination of people and resources especially for China market.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, markets, and new industry developments.
- Drive collaboration across the organization, identify needs and develop a scalable solution.
- Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.
- Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the management team.
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the Group COO and the management team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in building and running enterprise sales, import and export teams in the Food & Beverage industry.
- High energy level to execute plans, achieve goals, adapting to changes and has high integrity.
- History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in import and export policies and procedure especially China.
- Frequent travel required.
