To provide support to Superintendent (SI) and Managers to maintain the duties in Ship Management Department.
- To coordinate between vessel and shore, suppliers, sub-contractors and maintain timely and cost-effective logistic arrangements.
- Make arrangements of spare parts, services, stores and Lube Oils as advised by SI.
- Issue purchase orders, process invoices and update related records and details.
- Support in monitoring vessel budget and preparing variance reports.
- Support SI for preparing vessel annual reports, docking reports and other reports as required.
- Monitor Certificate and class survey status, circulate report and remind SI for renewal.
- Dispatch and follow up of vessel mail and courier delivery for documents and certificates.
- Extract report for Fleet Monitor / Fleet Performance and circulate.
- Other support duties & any other task related to SMD as required by SI and Managers.
- Maintaining record for the quotation/price comparison and other correspondence
- Maintain & update vendor’s information / details.
- Support in preparation of EEOI, EMS,EnMS reports.
- Support implementation of Company’s ISM, EMS and EnMS Objectives as required.

**Job Requirement**
- N or O Levels
- 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in Ship Management companies or Logistics Industry

**Other Information**
- Working location : Shenton Way
- Offical Work Hours: 8.30am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
- AWS and PB provided
