Commissioning Deputy Site Supervisor

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist Site supervisor for Steam Plant operation.
- Assist Site supervisor for Implement & follow Layup plan maintenance system.
- Assist Site supervisor for performing of Layup plan maintenance system.
- Assist Site supervisor for re-activation of steam plant as per Gantt chart.
- Assist Site supervisor for re-activate and commissioning of all equipment safely.
- Anti-deterioration maintenance for existing ships machinery and systems.
- Anti-deterioration maintenance of commissioned equipment.
- Monitoring and recording of onboard Spares / Stock / used / ROB.
- To update Site Supervisor Resource requirements to meet maintenance scheduling.
- Promote Health and Safety as corporate values.
- Provide all operational support to project.
- Consult with Senior Site Supervisor for specialist advice and guidance.
- Report to Site Supervisor technical and potential operational issues appropriately.
- Report to Site Supervisor on resource utilisation and shipyard support requirements to meet maintenance scheduling.
- As directed by Site supervisor Co-ordinate with relevant shore-based resources to support maintenance requirements.
- Assistance in maintenance work as per Site supervisor instruction for Site Team Managers, shipyard, Managers, vendors, and various contractors to ensure the project maintenance requirements are achieved safely.
- Maintain equipment and system history of work done by Layup team in hard and soft copy.
- Assist in execution of unscheduled maintenance repairs.
- Prepare document the handover of new machinery and systems which require anti-deterioration maintenance.
- Steam Plant operation and maintenance.
- Regasification plant operation and maintenance.
- Repairing and overhauling equipment.
- Operation and calibration of Gas detectors, Fire detector, Dew Point meters, precision equipment etc.
- Maintaining, repairing various process pipelines (Gas, pneumatic, hydraulic, sea water, fresh water, fuel etc.)
- Maintaining operating Lifesaving equipment.
- Maintaining operating Firefighting systems and equipment.
- Assist Site supervisor for review and document commissioning reports, shipyard completion reports of new/modified equipment and new/modified systems handed over for anti
- deterioration maintenance.
- For new/modified equipment and new/modified systems handed over for anti-deterioration maintenance - Compare machinery and system commissioning reports, shipyard work completion reports and “as installed” condition with makers, class and company USMS requirements. Non-conformity with makers, class and USMS requirements are to be reported appropriately.
- Ensure anti-deterioration maintenance schedules comply with existing warranties.
- Monitor effectiveness of anti-deterioration maintenance plans.
- Assist Site supervisor for reporting guarantee claims of equipment and systems under anti-deterioration maintenance.
- Daily reporting of progress / completed and planned work to Site Supervisor.
- Adjust anti-deterioration maintenance schedules to ensure appropriate equipment and system condition is achieved and compliance with USMS.
- Engage with Site supervisor to agree and manage shipyard utilisation, if required, for achievement of anti-deterioration maintenance schedules.
- Ensure defects discovered during anti-deterioration maintenance are investigated, corrected and appropriate preventive measures identified and implemented.
- Track maker and class non-conformities detected at handover of equipment and systems to close-out.
- Maintain a Maintenance Team “Lessons Learned” register.
- Maintain register of “critical / recommended spares” for all new / original equipment
- Emergency preparedness.

**Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years sailing experience with LNG vessel,
- Minimum 12 months sailing and maintenance experience on Steam Plants,
- Minimum Marine Engineering Degree
- Mandatory Safety, Security, Medical First Aid and Automation courses.
