Job Description of**:Site Supervisor**

The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:
1 With regards to workers:
1.1. Pick up workers from their hostel and send them to their respective work sites by required time. Send workers back to their hostel at the end of the work day.

1.3. Assign workers their work task daily and ensure tasks are carried out satisfactorily.

1.4. Site Supervisor must only do Punch In Punch Out of the e-timecard for his worker accurately with tablet. This must be done on a daily basis.

1.5. Site Supervisor must inform office immediately if worker is AWOL. Site Supervisor must hand workers’ medical certificates to office.

1.6. Site supervisor has to do weekly performance review for worker by filling out the google doc form. Site supervisor then has to conduct a yearly review for his workers.

1.8. Site Supervisor must be diligently observing the workers when they are working on site. Site Supervisor must ensure workers are working in a safe manner and their work environment is safe. The Site Supervisor may be required to review the performance of the workers in his group. Hence it is important he observes their performance on a daily basis.

1.9. Report any misconduct of worker(s) to the Project Manager personally or by filling out appropriate forms.

1.10. If workers or self are required to work overtime, Site Supervisor must seek Project Manager’s prior approval.

1.11. If the worker has any complaint or request, he should inform the Site Supervisor who will pass it on to the Project Manager.

1.12. If any worker is injured or has died from the course of work, Site Supervisor has to inform the Project Manager immediately.

2. Conduct tool box meeting and safety inspection and submit report to Safety Co-ordinator weekly.

3. Ensure updated ESS drawing at site and brief all workers on existing services daily.

4. With regards to orders:
4.1. Ordering of materials and small equipment (ie wood, concrete, tower lights etc) is to be done through the Store Supervisor.

4.2. Signing and compilation of Delivery Orders and submit to Store Supervisor **_DAILY _**

4.3. Ordering of vehicles, machineries (ie lorries, excavator) to be made through Store Supervisor with advance notice. For Eg. If a lorry is required tomorrow, Site Supervisor should advise the Store Supervisor before close of business today.

5. Equipment, Machinery & Vehicles

5.1. Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all office property under his care is looked after properly so as to prevent theft and damage.

5.2. If theft or damage has occurred, Site Supervisor must fill out the Incident Report Form and return to the office.

5.3. Site Supervisor must use sign-in and sign out registers where provided.

5.4. Site Supervisor must ensure proper maintenance of equipment, machinery and vehicles and notify the office when servicing or repairs are required.

5.5. Site Supervisor must ensure workers operating equipment, machinery and vehicles are properly qualified to do so.

6. Site Supervisor is to report to the Project Manager on a daily or weekly basis. He will inform the Project Manager on the progress of the project.

Please note remuneration includes OT.

Career path for this role:

- Promote from Site-coordinator to Site-in-charge to manage all all the project sites.
