Personal Secretary

We are looking for a Personal Secretary to provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the company director.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide Director with administrative and secretarial support on her meetings and daily task
- Plan and coordinate Director’s schedule
- Handles daily operations, such as document preparation for meetings, managing expenses, etc.
- Represent our company positively by serving as the initial point of contact for relevant communication between director and external parties
- Document preparation for meetings, writing of meeting minutes
- Other additional ad-hoc duties as necessary
**Requirements**:
- ‘A’ Level, Diploma / Degree, preferbly with a background in Food Science/Technology
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Respects confidentiality
- Technology savvy and resourceful
**Job Type**: Contract/Part-time
Flexible work arrangement
Will not be required to run any family errands
