- Other- Drive the talent development and management of the Community Care Scholarships, such as engagement of scholars and talents, track and enable their continuous development of careers in the sector
- Review, recommend and implement the talent development, engagement and management policies and practices to build up a strong talent and leadership pipeline for the sector
- Review and streamline operational and administrative processes in relation to Community Care Scholarships
- Support talent attraction through Community Care Scholarships and involve in its publicity efforts, including career talks and information sessions, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in Community Care sector branding and publicity efforts for Community Care Scholarship with internal and external stakeholders
- Involve in programmes budget planning, monitoring and utilisation, or committees/special projects, where required

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of working experience
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem-solving
- Ability to function in a highly dynamic organisation
- Proactive, self-motivated, versatile and meticulous, with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
