Admin Assistant

Provide support to the sales department
Handling and following up sales & purchase enquires including quotation
Handling All sales transactions example receiving new booking orders, allocation of vehicles, issuing PDI Order & vehicle registration.
Handling of Floor stock financing facility
Handling of logistics, warehouse, and liaising with supplier & contractor
Keep track and record of stocks of sales and purchases
Preparing and arranging invoices, delivery orders & churn reports for management.
Answering phone calls and general duties as assigned
Assist management with ad-hoc duties and coordinate all sales & support the sales team
Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable
Able to handle multiple tasks and all administrative work independently
Good team player with strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
Requirements: Min. GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ level, ITE or equivalent qualification
Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good coordination and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently with an excellent working attitude and willing to learn
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
5 days’ work week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
