**About This Role**

This is a global role which is based in Singapore.

**As a Head of Planning and Operations, your key objectives will be to**:

- Take end-to-end ownership of the company operating system:

- Running the company OKR system and ensuring its adoption across the business
- Responsible for the operating cadence and effectiveness
- Lead leadership engagement and solving critical problem statements
- Own the annual business planning process including project management and implementation
- Ensure the company scaling 10x:

- Scaling of the advisory services and projects
- Ensure advisory services delivery within time and resource constraints and measured by client NPS
- Strategic projects that are of high importance to the overall company strategy

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience of 15+ years in leading an operations functions, ideally in a large regional business combined with experience in a fast paced scale up
- Comfortable solving complex problems, ideally through experience in a consulting environment at top tier strategy consulting firms
- Experience in performance management and OKRs as well as operating model / leadership cadence management
- Commercial exposure or P&L management experience to lead large scale projects within budget and resources
- End-to-end project management experience crucial
- Marketing and product background as an added advantage
