**HR cum Accounts Executive**

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum HR and accounting functions. You will be the key liaison between management, workers, and clients—ensuring smooth operations and clear communication in both English and Chinese.
**HR Responsibilities**
- Handle full-set HR duties: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee records and contracts
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws
**Accounting Responsibilities**
- Manage full-set accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Handle GST submissions
- Monitor project costing and assist in procurement documentationMaintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and payment records
**Communication & Coordination**
- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking workers and English-speaking clients
- Translate and interpret when necessary for meetings or documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on payment and HR matters
- Support project managers with manpower and cost tracking
