**FUNCTION ROOM SALES EXECUTIVE**

**SAFRA PUNGGOL CLUB
You will be part of a team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the function room including sales and marketing.
- To be in charge and involved in strategic planning for the function room sales through maximising on unutilised slots.
- Assist in the development of sales promotion ideas.
- Oversee and manage the daily events and functions include pre setup.
- To liaise with clients and coordinate amongst internal & external parties on all logístical requirements.
- To attend to clients’ enquiries about function/seminar room bookings, inclusive of follow-up work such as preparation of digital signages, on-site liaison etc.
- To coordinate and ensure on proper and effective administrative matters.
- To ensure adequate supply of stationary items for the rooms.
- To assist in statistics report for function/seminar room bookings on a monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Events Management or related discipline(s)
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience. Preference will be given to those who have experience in event organising/management and supervisory experience
- Resourceful, independent, enthusiastic, organised, results-driven, customer oriented and able to multi-task in a challenging environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented and a good team player
- Must be able to work irregular hours and on weekends if required
