**What the role is**
- Project title: Finance Performance Evaluation The internship project aims to provide practical experience for the intern in supporting Programme Evaluation efforts within MOM.

**What you will be working on**
- The intern will provide support in the following areas of work: - Enhance outreach initiatives to bolster proficiency in Programme Evaluation, including creating communication materials, infographics, and e-learning modules (LEARN), curating learning materials, and coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., briefings, clinics) - Develop/maintain programme evaluation dashboard to track evaluation progress. This includes designing intuitive data visualisations and gathering user feedback to improve dashboard functionality and usefulness. - Work with RPA/AI intern to co-create solutions to improve programme evaluation within MOM (e.g. PE bot 2.0)

- Quick learning and adaptability, with strong communication skills and professional behaviour - Good organisational abilities and time management, showing initiative while maintaining attention to detail - Problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking, paired with effective teamwork skills - Technical proficiency in relevant software and willingness to learn new tools
