The Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. This central role involves identifying training needs, designing curriculum, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. The Training Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing employee knowledge, skills, and performance to ensure organizational success.

**Contract Duration - 12 Months Renewable**

**Working Hours - Mon to Fri, Office hours
- Ensure the training materials and methods meet the highest standards of education and compliance.
- Develop engaging and effective course materials, utilizing diverse teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes.

**Job Requirements
- Diploma in Infocomm, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-years of experience in organizing courses for IT related roles.
- Familiar with training vendor management & any Learning Management System.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
