Operational Executive Job Description:

- collaborate seamlessly with the FOH (Front of House) operations and supporting departments to ensure operational excellence across the outlets
- Plan and discuss with the management team and participate in promotional and marketing campaigns via various channels (food delivery platforms, malls management promotions, market place, etc)
- Able to schedule and plan staffing/ roster base on operational requirements of the outlet
- Able to handle Customers' feedback / complaints concerning food quality and service
- maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of hygiene; practice workplace safety always
- Maintain clear understanding of FOH (Front of House) matters to facilitate covering duties of other FOH outlets
- perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant for smooth operation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

- Min Diploma or equivalent to at least 2 years of relevant experience in food and Beverage management
- A motivated, self-starter with plenty of initiative and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Resourceful, resilient, open-minded, and willing to take on new and exciting challenges
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism, with a customer-centric mindset
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
