**Roles & Responsibilities** **Roles and Responsibilities** - In Charge of managing WP online and EP online, worker passes and orientation, and training schedules(logistic arrangement, etc.) - Coordinate with dormitory operators for dormitory matters (check in/out, logistic arrangement, etc.) - Assist in overseeing employees' safety, welfare, health reporting and annual leave records - Identifies potential suppliers to secure cost-effective sources and products. - Issue purchase order, Match invoice & DO; check and verify invoice - Monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost. - Coordinate with site supervisor and storekeeper in purchase of materials - Prepares monthly status reports for management review. - Ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management **Job Requirement** - Required language(s): English, Mandarin - 0 Year of working experience required - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook - Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent JIAN AN CONSTRUCTION PTE.
