**Missions and Responsibilities**

Key day-to-day accountabilities include but not limited to:

- As PMO for Integration Cylinder Operations Project
- Lead Standardization of filling processes
- Drive Digitization of processes
- Review process to reduce product losses
- Standardisation/Optimisation of Operations (e.g Layout, flow)
- Lead the development of S&OP in South East Asia & Taiwan entities
- Monitor the progress of the action items with regards to the targeted maturity level

**Competencies and Profile**
- Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of Packaged Gases experience or experience in similar industry preferably.
- Experience in safety management and subcontractor management
- Possesses Project management skills, customer relationship, communication skills, innovative and creative skills.
- Positive attitude, passionate and self-motivated.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders in the ROC team, Hub, WBL and countries counterpart.
- This role will be remunerated based on the domestic package.
