Cylinder Grinder

**Job Description**:

- Perform setup, operate and maintain Cylindrical Grinding operation in precision parts
- Perform cylindrical/ profile grinding and check wheel balancing
- Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures
- Conduct in-process inspection and final checks on work
- Conduct daily machine tool preventive maintenance, as well as implement good 5S auditing
- Perform daily housekeeping and any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience as Cylindrical Grinder in Precision Engineering
- Good knowledge on machining processes and able to read technical drawing.
- Able to operator various machinery (Lathe/Surface Grinding/Milling) will be added advantage
- Able to read, interpret drawings and specifications of tools, parts or models; computing dimensions and tolerances and verify machined parts conform to specification
- Independent and able to work under a fast pace environment
