Non-bank Financial Institutions Team Head

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the team to be responsible for the daily marketing of new customer and conduct various businesses development for the department and the Branch. Responsible for achieving team’s KPI such as revenue, loans and deposits.
2. Mainly focus on Chinese and foreign Non-bank financial institutions (including but not limited to securities company, investment bank, Alternative Investors-futures company, fund management company, asset management company, leasing company, and other new type of Non-Bank financial institutions etc.), and promote selling of all products for Non-bank FI such as deposits and loans. Support various business activities and customer relationship maintenance.
3. Lead and responsible for credit initiation and credit management, including customer rating, total credit line and post-loan management and various risk monitoring etc., for Non-bank financial institution customers.
4. Lead and responsible for the opening, closing and agreement signing of settlement accounts, responsible for managing client information and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
5. Lead and responsible for industry research related to Non-bank financial institutions, formulate relevant SOP and policy, promote and onboard new products if any.
6. Promote cross selling of various financial products among institutions, including financial market, asset management, investment, securities, ETF,custody products and so on.
**Requirements**:
1. 7 to 10 years of more working experience in financial industry, have good customer relationship management, business marketing as well as service capabilities.
2. Have more than 5 years’ experience in credit facility for corporate or financial institution type loans, with strong operational skills and risk management mindset.
3. Have a deep understanding of Domestic and Foreign financial institution customers and can independently develop relevant customers.
4. Familiar with clearing, financial markets, capital markets, trade finance and custody products and others, good risk management mindset.
5. Good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and adaptability and able to cope with stress
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English (both verbal and written) so as to communicate with our HQ and Chinese-speaking customers and conduct reports.
7. For whom with outstanding skills, less industrial experience will be considered.
