The Product Specialist, Camera Motion Systems works to assist in the development of Ross Video’s market position for our Camera Motion Systems product lines, which includes the following product lines (hereinafter referred to as the
- Products”):

- Robotics (CamBot, Furio, X-series, Vision[Ai]ry, SmartShell)
- Cameras (AcidCam, PTZ)

This person works with the Camera Motion Systems Product Manager and Regional Sales Managers in all Ross territories. This person will work in harmony with the Ross sales teams, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, they need to present the Products to potential new customers and assist in converting them into clients. The Product Specialist, Camera Motion Systems will also seek to develop opportunities with existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

**What the job is all about**:
**Business Development**:
The Product Specialist, Camera Motion Systems will support the Ross Video sales team by providing technical information, including (but not limited to) functional and performance capabilities, solution configuration and pricing, compatibility with other Ross or 3rd party products, and more. They will also be involved in creating and reviewing quotations in conjunction with the sales teams, providing support on tender responses, and reviewing and approving DIWs.

**Product Marketing**:
**Who you are**:

- Familiarity with key components used in live video production systems
- Knowledge of major broadcast standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and demonstrate Ross Robotics and Camera products and ancillary equipment
- Develop and Maintain a reasonable Knowledge of all Ross Video Products
- Excellent communication skills
- Lateral and strategic thinker
- The ability to converse in a second language would be considered an asset
