**Then come and join our global team as Business Operations Associate, ASEAN to ensure efficient operation of our Ultrasound Business in Siemens Healthineers ASEAN.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will provide full support to the Ultrasound team by performing task related to Ultrasound contract document preparation, tenders document, contract escalation, generating reports, preparation of letters, etc.
- You are responsible for the assigned customer account to follow through from customer order till payment, to ensure fulfillment of customer order.
- You will provide backlog transparency and forecast accuracy (backlog); manages the actionable backlog in close alignment with customers.
- You will carry out administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of Ultrasound Business.
- You will assist in any ad-hoc task assigned within the offer-to-order as well order to cash process.
- Where viable, you will support in ASEAN zone projects on process improvement and/or digitalization / automation project.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business Administration / Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
- You have sound knowledge of IT systems (SAP), automation/ digitalization tools as well as MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- You are able to handle multitasking job assigned to you.
- You are detail-oriented and organized.
- You have excellent communications skills to manage organization as well as expectations and provide transparency in complex matrix environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills are an advantage.
