We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join our Hotel Finance team in Singapore.

**As a Chief Accountant, we rely on you to**:
Supervise and participate in the timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Perform fluctuation analysis including researching, identifying and documenting variance justifications.
Provide timely and accurate consolidated reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards and statutory guidelines.
Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations and journal entries through accessing data in financial systems.
Assist in annual budget preparation.
Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
Manage and review income tax and deferred tax computations, as well as any necessary information to support timely tax filings.
Ensure all statutory reports such as GST filings, XBRL uploads, etc. are done in a timely manner.
Be the key liaison person with external and internal auditors, tax consultants and banks.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA.
Has at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably with hands-on experience in accounts consolidation.
Has good knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards.
Is self-motivated, adaptable to changes and has an attention to details.
Has good analytical skills.
