Charles Juay Organisation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Human Resources Intern** to join our HR team. This internship is designed to provide exposure to key HR functions and to support day-to-day operations, helping you gain real-world experience in a corporate environment.
As an HR Intern, you will assist with recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, data management, and various HR initiatives that support our organization's people-first strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Support onboarding activities including document collection and orientation scheduling
- Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters and employee files
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of employee records and databases
- Participate in organizing internal employee initiatives and engagement programs
- Assist in reporting and HR metrics tracking
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum A Levels or Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
