Singapore EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS (SINGAPORE) LIMITED Full time

The role will be part of Middle and Back Office Services - Oversight Team whose primary responsibility is to provide oversight of the trade life cycle of all trades and be the Subject Matter Experts to support new business initiatives.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Oversight of trade life cycle of all trading instruments with focus on derivatives
- Oversight of regulatory reporting of uncleared OTC Derivatives for EMIR and MAS
- Provide support to projects as Subject Matter Experts
- Able to build and/or review new operating model for new trading instruments
- Lead the UAT of new trading instruments enablement
- Manage operational activities under tactical mode and implement strategic rollout plans
- Review new and amendments to ISDA, CSA, GMRA, CTA, etc
- Closely monitor service providers KPI as per SLA
- Promptly attend to stakeholder’s inquiry internal or external

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Degree or Equivalent preferably in Finance/ Accounting
- Min 5 years experiences in middle and back office of an asset management firm or a hedge fund
- Experts in Derivatives (Exchange Traded, Bilateral OTC, Cleared OTC)
- Experience in reviewing ISDA Schedules, CSA, GMRA, CTA, etc
- Experience in regulatory reporting for uncleared OTC Derivatives to the trade repositories especially for MAS and EMIR jurisdictions
- Experience in trade life cycle management of all other asset classes: EQ, FI, MM, TD, FX, CIS
- Familiar with various structures of funds
- Manage external vendor and provide oversight
- Experience in using Aladdin, DTCC and Markit Integrated Reporting preferred
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well independently under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skill continuously seek to improve and/or automate processes.
